I'm suspicious that OE is a true black powder. I think something is added to give it the extra power. It doesn't feel like BP or even sound like BP when shot. It feels more like a sub and quite different to Swiss.

i don't think it's 10 bucks cheaper from what i see so far but cost aside i'm just happy to buy american ! i always buy usa unless there's a reason i can't get around to buy the other !! i'm going to see if our shooting club will place it on the next order that will bring the price down even further and when your buying in that volume range the shipping and hazmat are next to zilch !!
