OK. First I think if a one ton pickup can handle a ton of payload then a 300 pound steel plate wouldn' t be too much to worry about. Second, I' m not talking about brand new cadillac escalades here, I' m talking about 150$ pieces of crap that people don' t care about. Third, you don' t have to be flying down the road going 60 miles and hour like hell on wheels to kill a deer. And fourth I know people swerve to hit deer because they will be standing right off to the right side of the road just grazing and these trucks sure as heck don' t swerve to the left. And by the way. I am not saying that I actually see someone hit a deer as I am walking out of the woods. It is an exagerated comment just to show my distaste for those that road hunt while the rest of us put our time in and actually earn our deer.
