Default RE: IS TURKEY HUNTIN HARD ?

Don't get me wrong but turkey hunting and hasn't been as hard as deer hunting for me. I seem to walk in the woods, setup, call, and a tom comes around and I shoot him. However I also see this as a string of pure luck too and thank God for what he has given me. Deer just seem to know how to avoid me better.

Personally I think it is my calling that is most effective and the main factor of why I'm still running 100% successful for the last 7 years. I've adopted the Will Primo attitude for calling turkeys, "Call often, call loud, and call aggressively". It works for me!!!!

Being in an area with a lot turkeys might be another reason too!!!
