I' m sure there are a few horse' s asses that hit deer intentionally. However, if the $10 a point rule is to PREVENT that kind of activity, why is it not posted anywhere??? You don' t deter people with some weird rule that hardly anyone ever heard of. I still say something' s fishy with this law.
