Yeah they just started a program in our area this year, but the hunter has to pay the processing bill, but they will also reimburse you up to 25 dollars if you donate the whole deer and fill out the papers and mail them in. I wish they could get enough sponsors to take care of the bill, I would gladly donate some deer to them but I hate to get stuck with the processing fee.
