I would clean the devil out of the rifle first, and then just start trying to find the load all over again. Start from scratch and resight in the rifle..
I had a rather funny experience the other day shooting my .54 Renegade. I was shooting and every shot was three inches to the left. I mean to tell you I was stumped because this is a good shoot rifle. I finally started checking and found the screw that holds the back peep sight in place was loose. I reset the peep and the rifle was back to normal.
This is the new conicals I am shooting in the Renegade and so far I am real pleased with the way they shoot and the hitting power they are showing. I am getting some real good expansion out of the pure lead.
