Its interesting to see the bullet comparisons on basically the same media. Very few people recommend the 200gr XTP for deer hunting unless the load is greatly reduced.

I only use them for shooting paper and the occasional jug, melon or pumpkin.

Hornady rates it to hold up better to that speed than the 200.
That may be do to the limitations of the 10mm. You simply cant shoot them as fast as a 180gr without excessive pressure.
