SShooter - I tried some today at the farm. I was pleasantly surprised. I had gone to the farm to shoot the new 185's. I really had no intention of shooting the 215's but just out of the blue I threw a couple in my pocket. Tom had already shot the 185's from his 1-20, so I decided to use my DISC Extreme 1-30...

After I shot a couple rounds of the 185's - I could not resist so I loaded up the 215's in the 1-30 and just shot a clear spot in the target - fully expecting the bullet to tumble through the target. It appears they shot fine at a 100 yards.

With all that said - really nothing conclusive can be said positively - but tomorrow morning I am going to repeat the test and shoot the bullets for accuracy.

BUT... speaking of the 215 - I am totally impressed with the appearance of the bullet. Dave may have outdone himself with this bullet. It is a ML rifle bullet that actually has the lines of a bullet that you might shoot from you centerfire rifle. Also look at the nose the HP is not near as wide open as the 185/200/230 series. This bullet MIGHT/COULD make a great long range shooter.

Hope to get a post up a little later about the shoot tis morning.
