They are made for Cabelas by Pedersoli, at least they were when I ordered mine. I ordered, and sent back three of them. The first came with corrosion all over the barrel, the second came with a small split in the wood of the forearm, the third had about a 20# trigger pull,(no lie), and the left side hammer was cock-eyed and pulled the cap off when you tried to cock it. It's been a number of years, maybe the quality is better now, or maybe I had just plain bad luck. Just thought I'd pass this along to you.
