That is pretty darn good for a factory rifles shooting handloaded factory bullets. I have had a few mostly-factory light varmint class rigs that would shoot occasional small groups but it is rare to find one that shoots .3 or better aggregates.

Oddly enough a friend had a stock tang safety Ruger M-77 HB chambered in .25-06 that would shoot an occasional .25, but of course it's agg was higher (but still very good). He did work the trigger, shoot custom bullets, and was meticulous at the loading bench. He won a few bets with that rifle! The accuracy finally slipped as the barrel wore and he sold it (thank goodness). It was a strange sight to see him at a local match shooting that freak of nature rig.
