trophyhuntr....no...gun season in Ky is for a 10 days. I got sick and had other obligations!!
I hope to go again next year for the full 10 days. Two of the guys that I hunt with saw a monster buck. They both had a shot at it but things happened to both of them. Donny uses a 700 Remington. He had the buck in his sights and his gun jammed!! Dave had the same buck come up behind him to his left and when he turned to sight he was looking straight into the sun and could not find it in his sights. He said he thought about taking the shot anyway but didn' t want to take a chance on just wounding it. So unless they got it later in the week then he is still there!!
