Been hunting for more years i'd like to admit. Have tried many, many muzzleloader combinations. Heres what i've settled on and have been using exclusively for several years. Very accurate/very deadly (at least for me), and easy to load. TC omega, 100 grains (by volume) blackhorn 209, 250 grain shockwave, and harvester crush rib sabot. Blackhorn 209 powder is amazing, much less fouling, so easy to clean up, and follow up shots are so much easier to load. One bit of advice - if you decide to try blackhorn 209, use CCI magnum 209 primers. Resolves any ignition issues. Good luck.
