I've replaced a few of my T/C rifles original front sights with Marbles front sights. They're available in various widths and heights, as well various bead styles or fiber optic if you prefer. They're made of steel (not aluminum) and they're made in the USA. They are great sights and they look good on your rifle as well.

Most of the factory T/C bead style sights are .480-.485 overall height. That's the overall height measured from the base of the dovetail to the top of the sight, NOT from the base of the sight where it sits on the barrel flat. You would probably be fine with a sight that's .530 overall height but you could also go with .570 height if you feel you need it. The .530 will give you about 3/64" more height while the .570 will give you a little under 3/32" which should allow you plenty of rear sight adjustment from there on. The choice is yours. I would go with the .531 base width. They're made to fit a standard 3/8" dovetail as well.
