Try Williams sight company. And FYI the sight is measured from the bottom of the dovetail to the top of the sight, not from the flat on the barrel.
I am pretty sure that Williams makes a fiber optic front sight for the T/C's 3/8" dovetail that measures .590" that should work out for you.
