We always weigh our deer on live weight. I' ve killed a few that topped 200lbs live, the biggest was 7 1/2 year old brute that was so long he wouldn' t fit on scales, with his antlers and head still on the ground he was at 230#' s, I would say most of our 3 1/2 year olds would dress weigh around 160 lbs.

I have personally seen a doe at 208 lb live weight.
