I have used Simmons 4x32mm pre diamond scopes on four rifles and have yet to break one.
IMO: The Simmons 4X32 Pro Diamond scope is a bargain at twice the price. My hard kicking CVA StagHorn wore one for years. My rifled barrel 20 gauge shotgun still has one.
