I believe what he is saying is to shoot the same arrow. I read this book years ago and it greatly improved my shooting of the traditional (instinctive shooting) bow. One major change I made was using the middle finger in the corner of my mouth as my anchor. I previously used my index finger. This brought the arrow closer to my eye.
Also, remember perfect practice makes perfect. The key to shooting instinctive well is repetition through muscle memory and hand/eye coordination.
