Thank you for all your help. I have some more questions... The turkey hunts would not be guided, you would follow us to the farm from the local motel, and rest would be up to you. We would provide you with the phone numbers of the two local motels. Around here, they are selling 3 day turkey hunts for 900.00 to a 1000.00 that includes lodging and meals. We would charge around $400.00 per hunter for 3 day hunt for a non guided hunt and an extra 100.00 for a second bird. What are your thoughts on that?

Also, as a hunter, would you rather pay 1750 for a 5 day deer semi guided hunt without lodging (you pay the hotel), or 2500.00 for the entire deer season (along with 4 other hunters at 2500.00 each, like a lease (you pay the hotel))? Here's the issue, we have the land, we have tons of deer and turkey, if we sell deer hunts, I'm not sure how to get the deer out for you, or do hunters worry about that?
