Big Uncle---You have sure reacted swiftly to my comment on the other thread, LOL! Other than cheap plastic parts, a bolt that many have the handle break off at any time, a poor, sloppy action, and still having a Walker trigger in it that has resulted in numerous wrongful death lawsuits in the 700 that was finally changed in the higher priced models a few years ago, what else would you like to know about the 770? For a once or twice a year user, as the other member mentioned that is careful handling and using it there will probably be no problems because they are pretty accurate. I would move up for a little more money and buy a decent rifle that I did't have to worry about and that has a lot better reviews though. See, I got through that whole analysis without once saying it was a POS, LOL! PS: This was from an "in hand" in the store handling and comments and reviews I've read all over the net. It sounds like the previous comments from members back that up so far.
