Well this certainly doesn't promote Turkey Hunting in MI by a Non Residents.
And the number of Turkey hunters has decreased in the past yrs. at least in the area I hunt it certainly has.
Maybe the other Non Res border states ought to do likewise to MI residents. Double the license fees.
The Spring Turkey License (1 Bird) went from $69.00 to $165.00!
A 121% increase if I did the math right.
