Overnight it by UPS or Fed Ex if the weather is warm. During the winter like we're having right now it could probably go for two or three days and be fine when it gets there as long as it was frozen solid when you shipped it. Just put it in as small a cardboard box as it will fit in with some newspaper around it to help insulate it. That way the main weight will be the meat itself that you'll be paying for.
