Hi all!

I went to the gun shop with my brother in law yesterday, to pick up the Tikka T3 lite rifle he ordered last week. I' m not a fan of synthetic stocks, and to be honest, I wasn' t very familiar with the Tikka name. After handling this rifle, I gotta say, I think I' ll have to put one on my christmas wish list! It' s a great looking rifle! The lines of the gun are sleek and it handles very well. The action is smooth and compact. The safety is easy to find, and operate. The barrel is free floated and this particular model was blued. The feel and balance of the gun was pleasantly surprising. Anybody know if the claim of 1" test groups out of the box is true?
The one he bought yesterday was in the .300 WSM, I think that' s a little heavy for me, but they also produce it in the .308....which would probably be just right for me.

Anyone else have an opinion on them? Before I try to get my wife convinced it' s a MUST have item, I' d like to hear if anyone has one they don' t like......
