When I'm not hunting I deep drop fish in about 800 feet of water. Here's a shot of a 55 pound Snowy I caught this year
The fish comes from cold water so it's got a nice fat content. I fish with 100 pound braided line tied off to a 400 pound 6 hook rig lit with a flashing neon light and weighted with 10 pounds of lead.
