Nasthe proponents of I713 deliberately lied and mislead the public to get the iniatitive passed; 2)the didn't anticipate the backlash that would occur from urban
residents, golf course owners, the timber companies, etc. so they are once again trying to get the legislature to bail them out; 3) what about all the other people whose lives have been affected negatively by this law?; 4)this piecemeal approach for just a few
segments of the law is not appropriate; 5) If any action is taken, the entire measure should be overturned.
