Bronko, I did try to do it myself?????? I tried to adjust the wedge,as per Lyman instructions, and was afraid i wood hurt the gun!
The front sight or sight set,i got Lyman fibre optic sight set. The front one was way to wide to go into the sight slot! As per the instructions,on the package,i did a little filing and then it was too small and fell thru! Now i have a rear fibre optic sight and no front one!!Lyman wants $19 and shipping for it?????
I gave up and thought i made a good decision to take it to a shop!!!
All i know is it is a shame how things are no longer what they should be and you still have to pay top dollar?
