Never called a squirrel... but if electronic calls are in fact, legal, then I don't see why not. Maybe the speakerphone would be loud enough, I don't know.

If you use your cell phone as a call, it will be considered an electronic call, so you'd better be sure they are legal and not just "somewhat legal," whatever that means, lol.
