I' ve heard lots of deer sneeze. Usually does but have heard bucks do it as well. Easiest way to understand it is that just like humans, sometimes they get things caught in their nose and have to get it out. Theres really nothing that unusual about it.

Cape a mature deer and cut off their noses sometime......you' ll be amazed at what you' ll see and even wonder how some of them breath at all!

You' ll know when you hear a snort wheeze.....just hope your holding onto your stand when you do.......might fall out if your not!
