I just found what Hal said about the Hevi-13 #7's. I was off a 1/4" on the gelatin. It's 1.25" and 1yd off on the distance. Here's what Hal said.

I personally wouldn't feel comfortable shooting past 43 yds with Hevi-13 #7s, since that's the max distance they meet the 1.25" penetration standard of mine mentioned above.
