Will I shoot 65 yards at a turkey with full confidence in my set up in the right setting absolutely yes. Equipment is changing my friend and I have 100% confidence in my gun and load at that distance a 40 yard shot with a bow used to seem unethical and irresponsible now its common practice out west and even in the east.
Why don't you show me some of these patterns your geting at 40yds taped measured that are killing these turkeys at 65yds 100% of the time since you and your friends got all this long distance killing all figured out.

Surely since you can shoot one that far you should be able to back up those claims with factual proven 40yd patterns. I can tell you this much you will lose approx 80 to 100 shot from a 40yd 10" pattern when going to a 50yd 10" pattern from the exact same load, choke and gun. The same goes from 50yds to 60yds. Now do the math and show me your great pattens at 40yds.
