If they' re selling the antlers, they should be paying you for them. Why don' t they charge people to keep the meat? Same thing with a mistake kill. The hunter can keep the meat but the game commission keeps the antlers. That puts a false sense of what' s more important from a deer. You would think the game commission could feed the hungry with the meat and care less about the rack.
