I am a big fan of the QAD HDX rest, it has never failed me or any of the people I have set them up for. As far as the sight, that is a decission you will have to make on personal preference. I use a multipin Axcel with no issues, but some people just get confused or have no use for more than one pin. With your setup I wouldn't be afraid to use on pin sight it in for 20 yards and not be too worried if you forget to move it to 25. You should still be in the vitals if you hold in the middle of a deer sized animal. Practice and knowing your equipment will help tremendously with your confidence. Best of luck to ya.
