I shoot muzzy 3-blade 100gr heads, they are one of the cheaper ones on the market (34.99 per 6 last time i bought) and as long as you find the head after the kill you can just change the blades out (15.99 for replacement blades for 6 heads). I shot a doe last season through both shoulders and into the dirt bank behind her, so i dont think penetration is a issue with them. I have taken several deer with them and did not have any problems with any of them, But i think you would be satisfied with about any fixed blade out there.
