I need to start planning for next year, so I need some advice. Today was last day of the season here in sc . Yesterday morning as I walked to the stand I jumped two deer. I hunt as mall block of hardwoods that's beside some little pines. So what I figure is the deer come to the corn pile at night, eat then bed down about 30 - 40 yards from the corn pile . My stand is on the edge of the hardwoods. So from the house to get to the stand I have to walk across the block of hardwoods. I have tried moving the stand to the path that I walk into the woods at, but the deer come in too late to see anything. Any advice on what I should do?
