Throw a hand full of moth balls under there. It will leave. Or get a live trap and bait it with cat food. Place it near the opening with a long cord tied to it. When you catch the bugger drag the trap to a safe area and put a .22 bullet through its head.
Had a Buddy who used the trap and cord strategy. He failed to tie the rope down and just left 20 feet of rope tied to the trap. Well, he caught the skunk and the skunk pulled the rope into the trap.
He was left with a mad skunk in the trap and no way to move it. We still tease him about that story.
