MAP is better.

Murphy's Oil Soap 20%
Alcohol 40%
Hydrogen Peroxide 40%

Great for swabbing/cleaning but don't leave it on surfaces, dry swab then lube

Also is a terrific hand cleaner and softener. Leaves your hands baby smooth.
