I understand your dedication. At times it is difficult for me when old friends are in town over Christmas as I want to hunt & they want me to join them in a night of shenanigans on the town. Now, I am very astutely down with shenanigans mind you, but I also need to chase the elusive white tail deer. It burns within me, the urge to drop old mossy horns.

Inevitably, when I hunt in the evening & plan for a night of shenanigans to follow, I always wind up dropping a deer & running late for said shenanigans. It is hard to do both.

I feel you have your priorities straight however. What you need is a lady in your life to provide needed shenanigans during the season. She could also make your sandwiches for your time on stand. This is something I would like you to consider.
