About 98% of my deer hunting is with a bow. I do enjoy the 2%, though. Maybe it's for the company I keep during that season...maybe it's the enjoyment of more time in the woods...Who knows???

I do consider it "a bit much" when I see a guy 25 feet up a tree wrapped with camo netting blowing a grunt call...with a rifle capable of shooting 300+ yards. Not that there's anything wrong with it, it just ain't for me.

That said, I haven't killed a single deer with a gun in the past 3 years (compared to 9 with a bow).
