I just got home lastnight from deerhunting and next to my firewood pile on my backporch was a gift from the UPS gods!!! LOL!!! It was my pistol scope from Burris. I sent it off on 11-7-12 at 8:45am for it started to blow up flakes on one of the inner lens and the crosshairs canted to the left from the .460 it was just married to from a prior 44 Mag. Thats a 9 day turn around!!!! Incredible!!! They stated that there was a 4-6 week turnaround time.

Sad part now. On 10-30-12 I had sent off a brand new Nikon Monarch Titanium 2x8x28mm that was for the SECOND time to be now replaced, not repaired as the first time with less than 50 shots under it. I was told on 11-5-12 that it would be in from warehouse that week and shipped out and I would have it by the 12th. 12 comes, nothing. I call the 13th. Was told that it had not been shipped from warehouse yet, but will check on it and let me know back. Get an E-mail stating that they checked and they shipping dept will get a rush on it and get it to me ASAP.
Kinda sad that with a 2nd time returned product to such a company with a letter, phone call and e-mail to replace, not repair again, a scope of that cost and nature, it would take this long when the other company receives a product later and returns it back faster with a letter stating that they beefed it up because it is going on a .460. if any problems arise, send it back and they will replace it with no questions asked!!!! Rock on Burris!!!!
