My hunting buddy and his son have used the .452 240 grainer and the .429 240 grainer both for many years. I have been hunting with them for 10 years, and as far as terminal performance goes, I can't say that I've seen a huge difference in the deer they've taken. Shot placement reigns supreme - if the bullet was placed properly, the deer went down fast. The trajectories are probably a bit different at longer ranges, but they rarely shoot past 100 yards...
