In my opinion, Simmons scopes are a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and get a decent scope you can afford. Start looking at Nikon and Leupold. You can get into their entry level scopes for 149.00 and 199.00 respectively, and upgrade the Nikon to a Buckmaster model for 199.00.
