I don' t know much about the High Points but I think I will have to agree with Danny...don' t buy it. You might have to pay more for something else but you will be a lot happier. Ruger makes a good hangun and so does Rossi. I have one of both. If you have the money get you a good Smith. I have the Mountain Gun made by Smith and it is a great little gun. Good luck!
