I wouldnt want to eat a raccoon myself but if i were to hunt one (would find out if legal out here or not) i would keep the fur and such. We have alot of food charity places out here so i would donate the meat to them.[:-]

If they dont like the taste of it at least i' ll know not to eat any myself
