The landowner voucher program in Colorado is a joke. A way for rich out of state hunters to buy tags in hard to draw areas. The landowner voucher should only be good for the private land the ranch is on, not the whole unit. I drew my muzzleloader tag in Unit 67 the old fashioned way with a 3 year wait and got a nice 5X5. And Howler, I beleive unit 67 has been a draw area since 1998.
