How much are you looking to spend and what magnification are you looking for? If I was looking for a new 3-9X scope right now in the $200-250 range, I would buy a Vortex Diamondback. $300 could get a Vortex Viper 3-9X. I have a Vortex Viper in 2-7X and it is an awesome scope for the money. You can look at some internet sites like OpticsPlanet, SWFA, and Natchez and see some pretty good deals and demo scopes.
