I wouldn't recommend either one, or any "starter kit". Spend a little time here and you will soon know what you need without the extras included in those things. Spend your money for a simple short starter (or make one yourself, they're simple) and tear up an old T-shirt for cleaning patches. If you're going to lay out close to fifty bucks, spend it on a quality range rod, like this.
