Hi guy's im new here and want a good recurve crossbow , it has to be reliable and the biggest game it would be taking down is probably deer ... it's just for the incase of TSHF SCENARIO , and need a decent string in the field crossbow

im i right that only re-curves can be re-stringed in the field ..

all help appreciated im totally new to this and crossbows i have been looking around but there is just to much stuff around , was looking at excaliber's line ... although not sure which and why , or do i go compound , all help appreciated
