Worked at the power house in Lansing, Iowa in fall of 2009. Did alot of scouting and talking to locals. Farmer I talked to has been complaining about not one but two wolves bothering his cattle. On Wisconsin side, locals i talked to also pissed about wolves in the area. And heck that is only 45 minutes South of La Crosse.

I look at it this way better they are moving South, the more people pissed about wolves the better. Majority then rules right?
