Count the clicks from all the way from one way to all the way the other and go 1/2 way back. Both W and E. Start at 10 yds w/ field points, get arrow in centerish of target, go to 20 and see what happens w/ field points.
If you still have trouble call where you bought it and get another scope.
There's a lot of experience w/ xbows on this forum, but alas, no crystal balls, you need to give as much info per post as you can if you're gonna get by this..............
