davidmilYour right I did not specifically say after light, fair enough. Honestly though before light after light, who cares I did say I should have went over and I did say I did go over.
when I went over there after I found out no DNR were available the person was gone.
Now as to >
If the guy left before first light... I' d say he was lost or confused... he certainly wasn' t hunting.
I just don' t have the foggiest idea how you could draw this conclusion. Let' s see... red light not a white one, in a woods without permission 45 min before light, in someone elses (mine

) deer stand.... lol. WTF you think he was doing? Reguardless he was still in a stand he didn' t own, on property he neither owned or had rights to be on. O' and it is VERY clearly posted. A point I had not addressed that you brought up.
He either left cause he figured out that I had reached my stand and was therefor out of reach to see who he was or he heard me on my phone telling the wife to contact DNR. Not likely on the later as I was whispering but possible given the stillness of the morning and the distance apart. Maybe he could tell the glow from my phone.... who knows.
farm hunter As mentioned I stated in my very first post that I did go over and that in retrospect I should have went over earlier. My crime was to second guess what I should do and then trying to get a hold of authorities thereby giving the bastard time to get away.
