Colorado is definately your best bet if you want to hunt this fall. However, you can't hunt during the special September Muzzleloading season as that is draw only. However, you can hunt in the 2nd or 3rd rifle OTC seasons and can use a muzzleloader. In the special season, you have to use only conicals, loose powder, and no scopes.
